Coqueta: Bartender

My Classroom

You may know how much I love to take care of my guests when they come over to visit me. I take so much pride in serving them and making them feel at home. I have always received compliments on how I prepare my drinks and my snacks. I take my time and I put all my passion in it.

So these days I got an extra inspiration and I decided to give a touch of professionalism to what I already have. I decided to go to a bartending school.

I choose the New England Bartending School of Boston. The experience was awesome. The instructors are fun, well knowledge of the bartending business and extremely professionals. It was an intensive week of preparation.

At the school you get to learn your working environment, the bar. You get to know the law related to alcohol serving, establishments policies, your responsibilities, how to be professional when dealing with trouble, drugs, violence, minors, intoxicated patrons, how to apply for a job. You get to know your liquors, wine, beers, prices, quality, flavors combination, recipes, decoration, presentation and much more.

I experience that the people, like me, that go for these classes have the same motivation; to have fun in life serving others.
