GO RED FOR WOMEN

Today February 6 was the National Wear Red DayIt's the best way to raise awareness and support the American Heart Association and it's reasearch and education about women and heart disease.

I have to thank my friend Ms. Jenn who orginized this event today at work. She placed the flyers and reminded from staff to clients to wear red and make a donation of $5.00 per person. I would like to thank those that looked so cute in red, we should do this more often, I love red.

I hope that for next year, we can make a big deal out of it, with not just red clothing but in terms of donations.
